My one-to-one work is for women who know something in their life needs to change and want to go to the energetic roots of what is holding it in place.
Drawing on more than 25 years of experience with subconscious programming, trauma and subtle energy, I work with what is actually happening beneath the surface, using the methods and alchemical processes most appropriate to what I find.
For most people, Power Alchemy is the place to begin, whether you need a single session or a longer period of work. For those who want a sustained and intensive journey, I also offer a limited number of VIP Power Alchemy places.

Power Alchemy is my principal one-to-one work.
You may come because you have hit a ceiling in your success, visibility or impact. A relationship keeps falling into the same patterns. Something from your past is still holding you back. Or you want greater confidence, freedom and courage to be fully yourself.
Whatever brings you, we go beneath the presenting problem to find what is actually happening energetically. I identify and transform the subconscious and energetic roots, release the power drains connected with them and restore your access to your power.

For those who want to work with me intensively over a sustained period, I offer a limited number of VIP Power Alchemy places.
This is my highest level of one-to-one work: a bespoke three-month journey in which we have the time and space to work across the deeper architecture of your power and the different areas of your life it is affecting.
Rather than addressing one issue at a time, we can follow the work as it unfolds, working with the layers, patterns and power drains that emerge and allowing substantial change to take place across your life.
The work is shaped entirely around you and includes a much greater level of access to me between sessions.

A colour mirrors soul reading takes you on a journey to understand your soul frequency, your highest lessons and challenges, giving you a new perspective on your life journey. Using your date of birth and your name, we look at your energy in the world, how you can shift the patterns that have kept you stuck, and how you can master your unique soul vibration to become the embodiment your highest frequency in your life.
