We have been living with only half our power!
For thousands of years, the feminine dimension of power has been suppressed and driven underground.
The Yang dimension remained visible: action, effort, will, control, pushing, doing.
The Yin dimension was suppressed: embodied knowing, energetic sensitivity, receptivity, instinct, our connection with the unseen and our capacity to work directly with energy.
Yin Power Alchemy is the body of work I created to restore what was lost. A unique path of energetic initiation, activation and alchemy, awakening this missing power within us and restoring our capacity to weave subtle energy as a natural part of how we live.
When the missing half of your power is restored…
You feel liberated. The self-censoring falls away and you become free to be fully yourself, without pushing through fear or constantly working on your mindset.
And life becomes magical. You learn to work consciously with energy and alchemy as you go about your everyday life. Instead of exhausting yourself trying to force change on the surface, you work with the energy underneath, and your energy becomes part of the alchemy that creates change around you.
You walk into a room and your presence shifts it. Relationships and dynamics change. New possibilities open. And as your capacity for power grows, you can hold more visibility, success, creativity, pleasure and influence without unconsciously contracting or pulling back.
You can bring a different energy to your family, your work and the things you want to change in the world.
This is true freedom and magic as a way of life.

Yin Power Alchemy is a modern initiatory school and energetic healing modality, founded by Dr Anne Whitehouse after more than 25 years exploring the hidden architecture of human power.
At its heart is something that has been missing from women’s lives for millennia: direct access to the Sacred Feminine energies and the ability to work consciously with the energetic world that exists beneath the visible surface of life.
Yin Power Alchemy brings together two things. Through Sacred Feminine initiations, you receive direct access to frequencies of Yin power that women were taught to suppress, fear or forget. Through practical energetic alchemy, you learn how to work with what those initiations open: to recognise the energetic currents running through your everyday life, transform energy that is stuck, painful or draining, restore power that has been lost through old patterns, and create new energy deliberately.
This is not simply about receiving energy from somebody else. You learn to work the alchemy yourself. As your capacity develops, magic stops being something separate from ordinary life and becomes something you can bring into your relationships, your work, your creativity, your desires and the reality you are creating.
Yin Power Alchemy is now entering a new chapter. Its first practitioners are qualifying to take the modality into the world, with further practitioner levels and a teacher pathway establishing a new professional lineage.

Dr Anne Whitehouse is a Cambridge scientist, author, alchemist and sacred feminine initiator.
For more than twenty years, Anne has researched the hidden architecture of power, the subconscious and subtle energy, developing models, methods and energetic technologies from her discoveries.
Yin Power Alchemy is the culmination of this body of work.
Her life has always spanned two worlds: science and the material world alongside energy, healing, initiation and magic. Rather than leaving one behind for the other, she has brought the same curiosity, precision and willingness to test what she experiences to both.

Sometimes there is an area of your life that simply will not move.
You know there is more you want to create, express or bring into the world. You may have a deep sense of mission or purpose and know that your work matters, yet find yourself pulling back from the visibility, success or influence it requires. Perhaps the same patterns keep playing out in your relationships or with money. Or perhaps there is a frustrating gap between the life you know you are capable of living and the one you seem able to create.
Often, what is stopping you lies much deeper.
Power can drain through subconscious programming, trauma, abuse and violation, through patterns carried through your ancestral line and, sometimes, through experiences from past lives. These energetic imprints can remain active long after their origin, quietly shaping and sabotaging parts of your life that may appear to have nothing to do with them.
This is where Power Capacity comes in.
Imagine a powerful car with holes in its fuel tank. The potential of the engine is still there, but it cannot hold enough fuel to access it. In the same way, you can have enormous power potential, but if your power is continually draining through old wounds, patterns and programming, you cannot access all the power that is actually yours.
In a private Power Capacity session, we follow the power drain to its source, however deep that takes us. I draw upon more than 25 years of work with subconscious programming, trauma and subtle energy to uncover what is operating beneath the presenting issue, transform the energy and programming creating the drain, restore the power that has been lost and increase your capacity to hold and access your power.
And when something that has been draining your power or sabotaging your life for years is finally transformed, the effects can ripple through everything built upon it. Relationships and long-standing dynamics can change. Your work, money and visibility can change.
