In private sessions, we work at the level where power is held, distorted, or drained – beneath narrative, insight, or behavioural change.

This work may include:

  • rebuilding the inner structures that allow power to hold without self-abandonment

Most women work with Anne over 3 or 6 months, allowing sufficient depth and integration.

The work is held with discretion and care.
