You may know exactly what you want to change. A ceiling on your success or visibility. A relationship that keeps hitting the same problems. The impact of trauma or abuse from your past. A lack of confidence, voice or self-worth. Or simply the feeling that you are living within limits that no longer fit who you are.
However different the problem appears on the surface, the roots often lie much deeper.
Who is this for?
Power Alchemy is for those who know that something in their life is being held back, limited or repeatedly pulled into the same pattern, even when they cannot see why.
You may recognise this as:
- A ceiling on your success, income, visibility or impact that you cannot seem to move beyond;
- A relationship that repeatedly falls into the same painful or frustrating dynamics;
- The effects of trauma, abuse or violation that are still affecting your life;
- Holding back your voice, needs, gifts or who you really are;
- Knowing you are capable of more, yet finding that something continually stops you from reaching it;
- Living too much within other people’s expectations, approval or demands;
- Wanting greater confidence, self-esteem and freedom to be fully yourself.
These may look like completely different problems.
Energetically, they can have the same thing at their root: you do not currently have access to all of your power.
Your Power Capacity
Your Power Capacity is the amount of your own energetic power you can currently access.
The energetic power you hold has a direct relationship to the amount of success, abundance, self-esteem, confidence, voice, visibility and wellbeing you can hold in your life. It also affects your freedom to be fully yourself, rather than continually shaping yourself around other people’s expectations.
But we lose access to our power. Subconscious programming, trauma, abuse and violation, ancestral patterns and sometimes experiences from past lives can all create power drains that remain active long after their origins.
You may have enormous power potential, but if some of that power is continually being lost through these hidden drains, you cannot access all the power that is actually yours.
To change your life, you need to increase your Power Capacity.
What happens when power itself is registered as unsafe?
For many women, power was not historically safe.
Visibility carried consequences.
Authority invited punishment.
Expansion required self-erasure.
Those conditions installed subconscious rules, not simply opinions or beliefs, but automatic protections. Power, visibility, success and being fully yourself could all become associated with danger.
Those patterns do not disappear simply because your circumstances have changed. They can continue through subconscious programming, trauma and ancestral inheritance, limiting how much power you are able to access and what you are able to hold in your life.
When you begin to move beyond one of those limits, the old protection can pull you back.
Not because you are incapable of having more, but because somewhere much deeper, having more power was once unsafe.
What happens in a Power Alchemy session with Anne?
Every session is entirely bespoke. There is no formula and no predetermined process, because we work with what is actually there.
I draw on more than 25 years of work with subconscious programming, trauma and subtle energy, together with the methods and alchemical processes I have developed through Yin Power Alchemy, to find what is operating beneath the problem you are experiencing.
We follow the power drains to their source, however deep or unexpected that takes us. This may include subconscious programming, trauma, abuse and violation, ancestral patterns, inherited programming, energetic imprints and experiences from past lives.
I identify what is holding the pattern in place, transform the underlying energy and programming, and restore the power that has been lost.
Change the roots and your life changes.
What happens when your Power Capacity increases?
When you have access to more of your power, you can hold more in your life.
Success, abundance and visibility increase without triggering the old patterns that pulled you back. Old traumatic experiences no longer hold you back or dictate what is possible for you now. Relationship dynamics change as you stop unconsciously giving your power away. Your confidence, voice and self-esteem strengthen. You become less governed by other people’s expectations and reactions, and more free to express who you really are.
And because the change has happened at the energetic root, you don’t have to keep pushing at the problem from the outside.
You are not becoming more powerful. You are restoring access to the power that was always yours.
Your power shapes what you can bring into the world.
For many women, the limits on their power become particularly visible through their work, creativity or mission.
You may be being called to greater visibility, authority, income, leadership or impact, yet find there is a point beyond which something pulls you back. Your work may matter deeply to you, but the amount of it you can bring into the world is still limited by the amount of power you can access and hold.
This is particularly relevant for business owners, senior professionals, leaders, creatives and mission-led women whose work asks them to be seen, heard and influential.
The greater the impact you are here to make, the more of your power you need to be able to access.
Single Power Alchemy session | £315
A bespoke one-hour session focused on whatever you want to change in your life.
We go beneath the presenting problem to identify what is actually happening energetically, find and transform the subconscious and energetic roots, release the power drains connected with them and restore your access to your power.
Sometimes one session is enough. A larger or more complex issue will usually require more than one session, and sometimes what appears to be a single problem reveals several layers or interconnected power drains once we begin the work.
I cannot tell you exactly what will be needed until I start working with you and identify what is actually happening in your energy.
Four-Session Power Alchemy Package | £1,500
If you are dealing with a significant issue, already know there are several areas you want to work on, or simply want the space for a more sustained period of Power Alchemy, you can book four sessions together.
This includes four bespoke one-to-one sessions and Messenger support between sessions, giving us the space to work through multiple layers and power drains as they emerge.
