Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Affiliate Programme run by Astara Limited trading as Dr Anne Whitehouse (“we,” “us,” “our”). By joining the programme, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following:

1. Intellectual Property

  • All content, programmes, materials, copy, and brand assets related to The Kairos Codes, The Limitless Abundance Power Code, and all other offerings are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr Anne Whitehouse.
  • Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to promote the programmes using approved links and promotional materials provided by us.
  • Affiliates may not create their own sales pages, modify programme content, or use the Kairos Codes name, branding, or intellectual property outside the scope of this agreement.

2. Promotion

  • Affiliates may only promote the programme using ethical marketing practices that reflect positively on our brand.
  • Affiliates must not make false claims, offer unauthorised discounts, or misrepresent the programme.
  • We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the programme if promotion is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or damaging to our reputation.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

  • All referrals must be made using the official ThriveCart affiliate link provided.
  • Sales are tracked through ThriveCart’s affiliate system. We are not responsible for sales not tracked due to cookie blocking, ad blockers, customer device changes, or user error.
  • Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to honour referrals if evidence is provided, but only tracked sales are guaranteed.

4. Commissions & Payments

  • Affiliates will earn commission as follows:
  • £100 for each customer who signs up for The Limitless Abundance Power Code event.
  • £600 for each customer who enrols in The Kairos Codes full programme.
  • Commissions are only payable on completed sales that are not refunded or cancelled.
  • Payments are made via PayPal only. The affiliate is responsible for maintaining an active PayPal account.
  • All PayPal transaction fees will be deducted from the commission before payout.
  • Payments will be made within 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which the sale was completed, provided the refund period has passed.
  • A minimum payout threshold of £50 applies (balances under this amount will roll forward to the next payout).

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • If a customer referred by an affiliate requests a refund, or if a chargeback occurs, any associated affiliate commission will be deducted from future payouts.

6. Compliance & Law

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising guidelines, data protection, and tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
  • Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Dr Anne Whitehouse.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate this agreement or any affiliate’s participation at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or for any reason we deem appropriate.
  • Upon termination, all rights to use our intellectual property and promotional materials are revoked immediately.

8. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
